We educate apprentices: Apprenticeships in 2025 at General Atomics Europe Group

The companies of the General Atomics Europe Group are once again offering exciting apprenticeships in 2025! Whether technology, mechanics or electronics - with us, apprentices can actively build their future and gain valuable experience in a multifaceted group of companies. Apprenticeships are available in various sectors and at locations in three federal states in Germany.

  • In Brandenburg an der Havel, GBM Gleisbaumechanik educates mechatronics technicians who learn how to maintain, repair and modernize rail vehicles.
  • At BFL in Lauchhammer, there are apprenticeships for precast concrete constructors who manufacture and assemble our versatile concrete elements.
  • SGL's analytical laboratory offers apprenticeships for chemical laboratory technicians, who learn how to analyze water and solids.
  • In Oberpfaffenhofen, General Atomics AeroTec offers three exciting apprenticeships in the aviation industry.The company educates aircraft mechanics in the fields of production technology and maintenance technology, as well as aircraft electronics technicians. They are involved in the maintenance of Do228 aircraft and NH90 helicopters and also work on the production of the Do228 NXT.

Apprenticeships have been an important issue for the companies in our Group for many years. By offering apprenticeships, we want to give young people the opportunity to enter the professional world and become our specialists of the future.
