Happy Design Studio, Adhetec, General Atomics AeroTec Systems: A collective of experts
Three major partners involved in exterior customization of Business Jets decided to join forces and build synergies to generate more possibilities for their customers. The result is a unique offer, allowing Business Jets owners to implement complex, large-scale liveries on the highest level. The first joint implementation of the three partners took place in the Carboneum Experience project. The implementation of carbon design on a Bombardier Global aircraft highlighted the expertise and capabilities of all three companies that allowed the realization of this special livery.
Joint booth W105 at EBACE, Geneva / May 23 – 25th 2023
The three experts in Business Jets exterior customization will be exhibiting at EBACE 2023, May 23-25, in Geneva, Switzerland. General Atomics AeroTec Systems, Happy Design Studio and Adhetec will be present at booth W105.
The Carboneum livery design license
The Carboneum Experience design, well-known among industry professionals and widely covered by the media, was created by French award-winning designer Didier Wolf (Happy Design Studio). The German Business Jet service center General Atomics AeroTec Systems was selected by the first client to realize the impressive design. The main challenge for the German company remained the finished look of materials, in particular the carbon (air-brushed) and honey-comb texture. Three full weeks, over 2,500 hours of work and a team of 30 people were necessary to complete the first livery on a Global 6000.
Winner of the European Product Design Award, the Carboneum livery design became a reference in terms of know-how and audacity. Few years later the livery were reproduced on Global 5500 and the carbon texture has been apply onto the vertical stabilizer by Adhetec using an exclusive decals technology and unique 3D projection capabilities.
